About Us
The “Lobar” name was created in 1967 by Lloyd and Barbara Eichelberger on a foundation of family values and business. Twenty years later, Lee Eichelberger, son of Lloyd and Barbara, saw an opportunity to expand further into private construction. As a result, in 1986, Lobar Associates was formed. On October 4, 2007, after an additional 20 years of great success, Lobar Construction Management was launched. Expanding Lobar even farther in the industry, making sure clients will always have a trusted partner during the construction process. Currently, with five affiliations*, Lobar Associates continues to leave a reputable mark, never forgetting that true family values are the building blocks to success.

Peter Taleff, Jr.
Mr. Taleff oversees the daily operation of the firm. He is personally involved with every project to insure the quality and coordination that each client deserves. Over his 42 year career, Mr. Taleff has provided construction and construction management services for healthcare, commercial, governmental, retail, religious, educational, institutional, residential and industrial clients.
